Is WFO a legitimate company?

Yes. Western Funds Organization is a licensed, regulated financial services company operating in all 50 U.S. states and Canadian provinces. Our associates are independently licensed through their state or provincial insurance departments.

How do I find a WFO associate near me?

Use our Agent Locator to search by ZIP code or city. You can also call 1-800-555-0100 and we'll connect you with a local representative.

Do I need prior experience to join WFO as an associate?

No prior experience is required. WFO provides comprehensive training and licensing support to help you get started. Many of our most successful associates came from completely different industries.

Are WFO associates employees or independent contractors?

WFO associates are independent contractors who build and own their own businesses under the WFO platform. They are not employees of WFO and set their own schedules.

What insurance carriers does WFO work with?

WFO partners with a broad range of top-rated carriers including Transamerica, Aegon, Mutual of Omaha, Pacific Life, Nationwide, Symetra, iA Financial Group, and Equitable Life, among others. This allows associates to shop the market for their clients.

How is WFO compensated?

WFO earns revenue through overrides on the commissions paid by insurance carriers to licensed associates when clients purchase products. Associates receive a portion of the commission directly. WFO does not charge clients a separate advisory fee.
